This is how I bike down Imagination Lane.

Because my life is so sedentary, it takes real work to stay healthy. In fact, there have been times when I’ve been unhealthy enough that it’s impacted my writing–and that’s no fun.

  1. You got me on this one. I’m afraid that I have such a hard time fitting writing into my life that exercise and healthy eating are often the things that get sacrificed.

    • Actually, I’m right there with you. I’m making progress, though, and hoping that posting about the little things that seem to make a difference will help keep me motivated. 🙂
